How it Works

Answer questions about your current eating habits and health

Our healthcare professionals are available 24 hours a day. Start your visit and enter dietary information and medical history, as well as answer questions relating to your weight loss journey. This should only take about five or ten minutes.

Step 2

Our providers will review your visit

Based on your current eating habits and medical history, a provider will determine if you qualify for a personalized nutrition plan and perform a dietary analysis. If you qualify, you will receive an email containing your personalized 1 or 3 month nutrition plan. If you do not qualify based on a medical problem, a refund will be issued.

Get a personalized nutrition plan delivered via email

A medical doctor, nutritionist, and exercise physiologist will review your current eating habits and medical history and then prepare a personalized nutrition plan for you. It may take 2-3 days before receiving your finalized plan via email. All interactions are secure and HIPAA compliant.
