Step 1
Answer questions about your health
Our healthcare professionals are available 24 hours a day. Start your visit and enter patient information and medical history as well as answer questions relating to your symptoms. This should only take about five or ten minutes.
Step 2
Our providers will review your visit
Based on your condition and medical history, a provider will determine if you qualify for medical weight loss therapy. If you qualify, they will reach out to you via email to let you know that you qualify for a prescription which will be sent to the pharmacy. If you do not qualify, a prescription refund will be issued. Most replies will be sent within 2 hours of payment submission. However, after 5pm, you may not receive your followup email until the next business day. All interactions are secure and HIPAA compliant.
Step 3
Get Rx delivered to your doorstep
If you qualify for medication to help with weight loss, a prescription for semaglutide or tirzepatide will be sent to the pharmacy and medication will be dispensed and shipped directly from the pharmacy to your door. 24Sculpt does not directly dispense or ship prescription medications.
Our healthcare professionals will determine the correct dose of medication needed to reach your weight loss goals.
